By ticking this box – You agree that you are one of the directors above or have the authority to agree on behalf of the director(s). You agree to pay Evergreen Finance Group, a success fee equal to 3% for funding secured between £1,000 - £256,000, 2% for funding secured between £257,000 - £506,000, 1.5% for funding secured between £507,000 - £756,000 and 1% for funding secured of £757,000 plus, secured by Evergreen Finance Group for which Evergreen Finance Group or partners was the procuring cause of the financing for a period of 12 months from the execution of this Agreement. The success fee does not include any point(s) to be paid to the lending institution, closing costs or any point(s) or fees paid to other consultants for their services. The success fee is fully earned by Evergreen Finance Group when the finance has been approved in writing by us with terms and conditions acknowledged in writing to be acceptable to you, the client. This fee will be collected on the day of draw-down of the financing. If we cannot procure your financing, there is no fee to pay.
